📜 Terms of Service

1. Service kya hai

EstateSync PRO ek browser-based property-CRM dashboard hai (PWA — installable): WhatsApp group data import (AI parse), property database + filters, Smart Match, contacts directory, rates, share formats, follow-up CRM. "Hum" = Viralytics (Kolkata), "aap" = user.

2. Free Trial — 14 din

• Pehli baar app kholne par 14-din ka free trial shuru hota hai — koi card, koi payment, koi form nahi.
• Trial me saare features khule hain — koi feature-lock nahi.
• Trial khatam hone par app lock ho jata hai — aapka data SAFE rehta hai; plan lene par turant wapas khul jata hai.

3. Plans, Payment aur License

• Plans: Solo Broker ₹499/mo · Team ₹1,499/mo · Agency ₹2,999/mo · Institution ₹6,999/mo (saal ka plan = 2 mahine free). Prices GST/admin ki sulabh sulabh badal sakti hain — jo price payment-page par dikhega wahi lagega.
• Payment Razorpay (UPI/Card/Netbanking) se — app ke 🔑 Get Access tab me.
• Payment verify hote hi license key automatic issue + activate hoti hai (ES2-XXXXXXXXX). Manual activation ka wait nahi.
• Auto-renewal / auto-debit KABHI nahi. Plan khatam hone se pehle aapko email reminder jaata hai (agar email diya ho) — renew karna aapki marzi. Renew par wahi key extend hoti hai, naya key nahi milta.
• 1 license key = 1 subscriber (apne devices). Key kisi ko bechna/share karna prohibited hai — aisi key suspend ho sakti hai.

4. Fair use (kya NAHI karna)

• Property-portals scrape karna, ya kisi third-party data ko bina permission khinchna — mana.
• WhatsApp bulk-blast / spam / unknown numbers par auto-message — mana (aapka number ban ho sakta hai + ye service ka misuse hai).
• Illegal activity, fraud listings, galat data daalna — mana.
• App/service ko reverse-engineer, source copy, resell, ya "apna product" bata kar bechna — mana.

5. AI parse ki seemayein

WhatsApp messages ka AI-parse best-effort hai — Hinglish shortforms se kabhi-kabhi galti ho sakti hai. Property deal karne se pehle details khud verify karein. AI ki accuracy ki guarantee nahi.

6. Aapka data — aapki zimmedari

Poora app-data aapke browser me hai (Privacy Policy padhein). Backup lena aapki zimmedari hai — data loss (browser clear, device change, storage full) ki hum responsible nahi hain, haan — Restore feature se wapas laane ka rasta app me hai.

7. Availability

Service "as is" di jaati hai. Server-maintenance/downtime ho sakta hai; app offline-first hai (browser me khula data offline bhi chalta hai). 100% uptime ki guarantee nahi.

8. Termination

Aap kabhi bhi band kar sakte ho (plan expire = access band, data aapke paas). Hum abuse/fraud/key-sharing par account suspend kar sakte hain (refund policy ke hisaab se).

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

EstateSync PRO ka software, source code, design, text, logo, naam, UI, documentation aur sheet-formats — © 2026 Viralytics / EstateSync. All rights reserved. Subscriber ko sirf personal/business use-license milt hai; IP-transfer nahi. Copyright-notice har page par hai.

10. Liability

Har haal me hamari total liability aapne us period me paid amount tak simit hai (max 12 mahine ke payment). Data loss, lost profits, third-party claims (incl. WhatsApp ban) covered nahi — ye aapke use ka risk hai.

11. Law & jurisdiction

Indian law lagta hai; courts of Kolkata, West Bengal ke jurisdiction me disputes.

12. Terms changes

Is page par update karke naye terms effective honge (material change par email bhi). Page use karna = acceptance.
