1. Kaunsi Information Collect Karte Hain
- Account info: aapka naam + email + password (password bcrypt hash me — hum KABHI plain password nahi dekh sakte).
- Social account tokens (Instagram/Facebook/YouTube connect karne pe): AES-256-GCM encryption se encrypt karke store hote hain. Hum inhe dekh/pad NAAHI sakte plain form me — sirf aapke content ko aapke kehne pe publish karne ke liye use hote hain.
- Content data: aapke uploads, captions, schedules, saved research profiles, library items.
- Payment records: UPI UTR/transaction references, plan status (hum UPI PIN/OTP kabhi nahi maangte — payment aapke apne UPI app me hota hai).
- Technical: login time, browser localStorage (login token + language preference).
2. Information Ka Use Kis Liye
- Service chalane ke liye (login, aapka content, scheduling, publishing).
- Plan access manage karne ke liye (subscription status).
- Support + zaroori service emails (koi spam marketing list nahi).
3. Kya Hum Data BECHTE Hain?

Jab aap Meta/YouTube account connect karte ho, publishing unke official APIs (Meta Graph API, YouTube Data API) se hoti hai — unki apni Privacy Policies unke platforms pe lagu hoti hain. Hum official APIs ke alawa koi scraping/automation nahi karte.
5. Data Security
- Social tokens: AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest; API responses me masked dikhte hain.
- Passwords: bcrypt (one-way hash).
- HTTPS/TLS transport pe hi serve hota hai.
6. Aapke Rights (DPDP Act 2023 — India)
- Access: apna data dekhne ka request kar sakte ho.
- Correction: galat info thik karwane ka haq.
- Deletion: apna account + data delete karwane ka haq — email karo viralytics.support@gmail.com pe, 7 working days ke andar process hota hai.
- Grievance: koi shikayat ho to same email pe likho — 15 din me jawab milega.
7. Data Retention
Account active hone tak data rakhte hain. Delete request ke baad 30 din ke andar data remove ho jata hai (legal/accounting reasons se sirf payment UTR records 5 saal tak rakh sakte hain — Indian tax rules).
8. Cookies/Storage
Koi tracking/advertising cookie nahi. Sirf login token + language preference aapke hi browser (localStorage) me rehta hai.
9. Bachche (Children)
Service 18+ ke liye hai. 18 se kam ke users ka data jaanke hata diya jayega.
10. Changes
Policy badle to is page pe update hogi; bade changes pe dashboard notice dikhega.
